By royal favor I come to homeland,

I try to till the field with plough in hand.

I build a cottage with thatch and bamboo;

It stands just at the mouth of River Blue.

My coat is not stained with dust fine;

My neighbors often come with wine.

Could an official meet with ease

Or part with friends beneath willow trees?
