雨中百草秋烂死,阶下决明颜色鲜。 著叶满枝翠羽盖,开花无数黄金钱。 凉风萧萧吹汝急,恐汝后时难独立。 堂上书生空白头,临风三嗅馨香泣。
Three Sighs in Autumnal Rains Du
Fu
The
incessant rain has killed hundreds of herbs that
are rotting in the chilly fall. The
cassia bush by my doorsteps prospers
in bright green: leaves
full and healthy—feathers of a kingfisher, small
yellow petals—round and shiny gold coins.
Autumnal
wind comes, stern and harsh, I
wonder how long can you prosper alone. A
scholar with graying hair, all I can do is
to smell your fragrance—thrice—and cry.

Three Poems Lamenting Autumn Rain Du
Fu
While
all the flowers in the rains of autumn rot, Below
the steps the aster keeps bright colored: Its
foliage a peacock canopy, Its
flowers a mint of golden coins. In
the cold wind that blows furious on you, I
fear hereafter you may hardly stand alone. A
scholar in the hall whose hair is turning white, I
breathe your fragrance in the wind and I weep. (谢文通 译) |
