问：当前以色列、美国等围绕伊朗核问题对策严重对立。中方对正在进行的伊核问题全面协议谈判有何看法？

 

Q: Recently Israel, the US and other countries sparred over policies on the Iranian nuclear issue. How does China comment on the ongoing Iranian nuclear negotiations on a comprehensive deal?

 

答：中方一贯认为，通过对话与谈判妥善解决伊朗核问题，对于维护国际核不扩散机制、维护中东地区的和平与稳定具有重要意义，符合所有有关方的利益。

 

A: China maintains that it is of great significance to safeguard the international nuclear non-proliferation regime and peace and stability of the Middle East and also in the interests of all relevant parties to properly resolve the Iranian nuclear issue through dialogue and negotiation.

 

当前，伊核问题全面协议谈判已经进入关键阶段，六国与伊都展现出尽早达成协议的强烈政治意愿。中方希望有关各方抓住历史机遇，作出政治决断，寻求达成一项公正平衡、互利共赢的全面协议。中方将继续为此发挥建设性作用。

 

The negotiations on a comprehensive agreement of the Iranian nuclear issue have now come to a critical point, and the P5+1 and Iran all display strong political will to reach a deal at an early date. The Chinese side hopes that parties concerned can seize the historic opportunity, make political judgment, and seek a comprehensive agreement that is fair, balanced, mutually beneficial and win-win to all. The Chinese side will continue to work constructively to this goal.

 

问：据报道，挪威诺贝尔委员会主席亚格兰已被解除主席职务，降级为委员会成员。这是诺委会历史上首次出现主席非自愿离职的情况。中方对此有何评论？这是否会对中挪关系产生影响？中挪双方是否就此进行过沟通？

 

Q: Thorbjorn Jagland has been voted out of the Norwegian Nobel Committee as its chairman but remains a member of the committee. This is the first involuntary departure from that post in the history of the committee. What is China’s comment on this? Will this affect bilateral relations between China and Norway? Have the two sides been in any talk on this?

 

答：我注意到有关报道。我们对中挪关系的立场没有变化。

 

A: I have noted relevant report, and our position on China-Norway relations has not changed.

 

问：据报道，哥伦比亚扣押了一艘载有军品前往古巴的中国船只。中方对此有何评论？是否与哥方进行了沟通？

 

Q: A Chinese vessel carrying military supplies to Cuba has been detained in Colombian waters. Does China have any comment on this? Have you been in any contact with the Colombian side?

 

答：据我了解，这艘船只装载的是中方向古巴出口的一般军品，无任何敏感物项，有关合作不违反中方法律法规，也不违反中方承担的国际义务，完全是正常军贸合作。中方正与哥方进行沟通，将依法向涉事中国公民提供必要协助，维护其合法权益。

 

A: As far as I know, the ship carries normal military supplies exported from China to Cuba, and no sensitive substances are involved. Relevant cooperation does not violate Chinese laws and regulations, nor contravene the international obligations China undertakes. This is normal cooperation in military trade. China is in communication with the Colombian side on this matter. We will provide necessary assistance to Chinese citizens involved in this and safeguard their rights and interests in accordance with the law.

 

问：俄罗斯驻华大使曾表示，王毅外长将于4月初访俄。双方是否已就访问日期达成一致？

 

Q: The Russian Ambassador to China said that Foreign Minister Wang Yi would visit Russia in early April. Have the two sides agreed on the date of this visit?

 

答：中俄是全面战略协作伙伴，双方一直在各个层级保持着密切沟通与合作，两国外长近期也多次会面。关于王毅外长访问俄罗斯具体日期，我们会适时发布消息。

 

A: China and Russia are comprehensive strategic partners of coordination. The two sides maintain close communication and cooperation at various levels, and the foreign ministers of the two countries have met on multiple occasions recently. We will release the specific date of Foreign Minister Wang Yi’s visit to Russia in due course.

 

问：今年是中国与印尼建交65周年。据了解，印尼总统将于本月对中国进行国事访问。你能否介绍此访有关安排？

 

Q: This year marks the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Indonesia. The Indonesian President is said to pay a state visit to China this month. Can you tell us more details about this visit?

 

答：中方一直视印尼为重要的战略合作伙伴，积极致力于与印尼进一步加强各领域友好务实合作。双方商定要保持高层交往势头。关于印尼总统访华具体安排，我目前没有信息可以提供，将适时发布消息。

 

A: China always regards Indonesia as an important partner of strategic cooperation, and stays committed to advancing friendly and pragmatic cooperation with the Indonesian side in various fields. The two sides have agreed to maintain the momentum of high-level exchanges. As for the specific arrangement of the Indonesian President’s visit to China, I have nothing to offer to you at this moment and relevant information will be released in due course.

 

问：澳大利亚《悉尼先驱晨报》3月3日发表一篇文章，称“伊斯兰国、俄罗斯、中国都是法西斯国家”。中方对此有何回应？

 

Q: The Sydney Morning Herald published an article on March 3 saying that “the regimes in Russia, China and the so-called Islamic State are all fascist”. How does China respond to this?

 

答：该报应该为发表如此荒谬、无知的文章感到羞愧，应该立即对此事作出严肃处理。

 

A: This newspaper should be ashamed of its ridiculous and ignorant remarks. It must immediately deal with this case in a serious manner.
