一、应俄罗斯联邦政府第一副总理舒瓦洛夫和副总理普里霍季科、立陶宛共和国总理布特克维丘斯、塞尔维亚共和国总理武契奇、哈萨克斯坦共和国第一副总理萨金塔耶夫邀请，国务院副总理张高丽将于6月17日至26日赴俄罗斯举行中俄投资合作委员会第二次会议并出席第十九届圣彼得堡国际经济论坛，访问立陶宛、塞尔维亚和哈萨克斯坦。

At the invitation of First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov and Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Prikhodko of the Russian Federation, Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevicius of the Republic of Lithuania, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic of the Republic of Serbia, and First Deputy Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli of the State Council will host the 2nd session of the China-Russia Investment Cooperation Committee and attend the 19th Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum in Russia, and visit Lithuania, Serbia and Kazakhstan from June 17 to 26.

二、应外交部长王毅邀请，波兰共和国外交部长谢蒂纳将于6月17日至19日对中国进行正式访问。其间，王毅外长将与谢蒂纳外长共同主持中波政府间合作委员会首次全体会议。

At the invitation of Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Foreign Minister Grzegorz Schetyna of the Republic of Poland will pay an official visit to China from June 17 to 19. During the visit, Foreign Minister Wang Yi will co-host with Foreign Minister Schetyna the 1st plenary session of the China-Poland Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee.

问：昂山素季今天开始访华，请介绍有关日程。中方对此访有何期待？

Q: Aung San Suu Kyi kicked off her visit to China today. Please brief us on the agenda. What does China expect from this visit?

答：关于昂山素季女士及其代表团访华情况，有关部门会适时发布消息。昂山素季女士此次率领民盟代表团来华访问，是两国党际交往的组成部分。长期以来，中国共产党和缅甸各党派之间保持着友好交往。我们希望通过此次访问，进一步深化两党之间的理解、信任，共同推动中缅各领域合作的发展。

A: The relevant department will release information of Madame Aung San Suu Kyi and her delegation’s visit to China in due course. The visit to China by the Myanmar National League for Democracy (NLD) delegation led by Madame Aung San Suu Kyi is part of the party-to-party exchanges between China and Myanmar. The CPC has long maintained friendly exchanges with different parties of Myanmar. It is hoped that this visit would further deepen mutual understanding and trust between the two parties and move forward the development of China-Myanmar cooperation in various fields.

问：美国务院日前发布2015年度《军控、防扩散与裁军遵约报告》，其中包括部分涉华内容。中方对此有何评论？

Q: The US Department of State issued the 2015 Report on Adherence to and Compliance With Arms Control, Nonproliferation, and Disarmament Agreements and Commitments, which includes some contents about China. What is your comment?

答：中国多年来在军控和防扩散领域做出积极努力和重要贡献，美方过去一年中在双边不同层面多次对此表示赞赏与肯定。但美国务院发布的本年度《军控、防扩散与裁军遵约报告》又“老调重弹”，妄加评论中方遵约情况。对此中方感到十分困惑和诧异，也表示不满。美方报告对中方指责是毫无根据和不负责任的，中方对此表示反对。这种做法不利于在平等、相互信任和尊重的基础上，推进国际军控和防扩散合作。

A: China has made positive efforts and significant contributions in arms control and nonproliferation for many years, and the US has repeatedly offered approval to this through bilateral channels at various levels in the past year. Nevertheless, the US once again harped on the same old tune of making presumptuous comments on China’s compliance with its commitments in this year’s Report issued by the State Department. The Chinese side is confused and astonished by this, and also dissatisfied with this. The US Report made baseless and irresponsible accusations against China, we hereby express opposition to this. What the US did will not help advance international cooperation on arms control and nonproliferation based on equality, mutual trust and respect.

问：据报道，数名中国渔民在菲律宾服刑一年期满后获释，中方对此有何评论？

Q: According to media reports, several Chinese fishermen were released after serving a one-year sentence in the Philippines. Do you have any comment on this?

答：我们注意到有关报道。中国对南沙群岛及其附近海域拥有无可争辩的主权，菲律宾方面在中国南沙群岛海域非法抓扣中国渔船渔民并作出所谓“司法判决”，严重侵犯了中国主权和管辖权，是非法的、无效的。中方对菲方非法拘押中方人员表示强烈抗议和坚决反对。

A: We have noted the relevant report. China has indisputable sovereignty over the Nansha Islands and the adjacent waters. The Philippine side severely violates China’s sovereignty and jurisdiction by illegally detaining Chinese fishing vessels and fishermen in waters off China’s Nansha Islands and making the so-called “judicial decision”. Its move is illegal and invalid. The Chinese side strongly protests against and firmly opposes the Philippines’ illegal detention of Chinese personnel.

问：澳大利亚华裔参议员王振亚今天公开表示支持中国政府在南海问题上的立场，中方是否知晓其有关言论？

Q: Chinese-Australian senator Dio Wang today showed public support to the Chinese government’s position on the South China Sea issue. Are you aware of his remarks?

答：我们注意到有关报道。中国对南沙群岛及其附近海域拥有无可争辩的主权。中国在南沙部分岛礁的建设，是中国主权范围内的事情，合情、合理、合法，其目的主要是更好地提供国际公益服务，更好地履行中国承担的国际责任。

A: We have noted the relevant report. China has indisputable sovereignty over the Nansha Islands and the adjacent waters. China’s construction on some maritime features of the Nansha Islands, which is justified, reasonable and lawful, falls well within China’s sovereignty. It aims to better provide international public services and fulfill China’s international obligations.
