应外交部长王毅邀请，伊朗伊斯兰共和国外交部长穆罕默德·贾瓦德·扎里夫将于9月15日对中国进行正式访问。

 

At the invitation of Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif of the Islamic Republic of Iran will pay an official visit to China on September 15.

 

我们希望通过此访，同伊方就新形势下进一步深化中伊关系及加强各领域合作交换意见，并就落实伊核问题全面协议以及共同关心的国际和地区问题进行探讨，共同推动中伊关系取得新的发展。

 

We hope to have an exchange of views with the Iranian side on deepening China-Iran relations and enhancing all-round cooperation under the new circumstances and discuss the implementation of the comprehensive agreement on the Iranian nuclear issue as well as international and regional issues of common interest, in a bid to further advance China-Iran relations.

 

问：你昨天提到，中方正在核实“伊斯兰国”组织绑架中国人质信息，你能否介绍有关进展情况？

 

Q: You said yesterday that the Chinese side was verifying information about the Chinese hostage held by the Islamic State group. Can you give us any update on that?

 

答：经初步核实，有关媒体公布的2名被绑架人员中，有1人与1名在国外失踪的中国公民特征相符。

 

A: Preliminary information shows that one of the two hostages as relevant media revealed matches the characteristics of a Chinese citizen who has gone missing overseas.

 

获悉相关情况后，中国政府有关部门已启动应急机制开展相关工作。

 

Upon learning that, competent authorities of the Chinese government have launched an emergency response mechanism.

 

中方重申，中国政府坚决反对任何针对无辜平民的暴力行为。

 

The Chinese side reiterated its firm opposition to any violence against innocent civilians.

 

问：据报道，孟加拉国警方称，曼谷爆炸案嫌犯于案发前就已离开曼谷。中方能否证实并介绍有关情况？

 

Q: Police from Bangladesh reportedly said that the main suspect of the bombing in Bangkok fled the city before the attack took place. Can you confirm that and give us more details?

 

答：我不掌握你所说的情况。目前案件仍在侦破过程中，中泰双方保持着沟通。

 

A: I have no information about what you said. The case is still under investigation. The Chinese and Thai sides are in communication.

 

问：是否有其他国家向中方提出接收来自叙利亚和伊拉克难民的要求？

 

Q: Has the Chinese side been requested by any foreign country to accept refugees from Syria and Iraq?

 

答：中方注意到近期发生的有关移民问题，也注意到有关欧盟国家正采取措施。解决人道主义危机是国际社会的共同愿望，需要从根本上解决一些地区的发展和稳定问题。我们相信欧盟及相关国家能够团结应对这一重大挑战，妥善处理相关问题，维护地区的稳定。中方愿意通过国际和双边渠道同欧盟及成员国就移民问题保持沟通和协调。

 

A: The Chinese side has taken note of the recent refugee issue as well as measures taken by relevant EU countries. It is the joint wish of the international community to solve the humanitarian crisis, the fundamental solution to which lies in regional development and stability. We believe that the EU and relevant countries are able to rise to the critical challenge, properly deal with related issues and safeguard regional stability with concerted efforts. The Chinese side is willing to communicate and coordinate with the EU and its member states on the refugee issue through international and bilateral channels.

 

问：10日，美国国家情报局总监克拉珀称，中方的网络间谍活动针对美方广泛利益，美方要加强网络安全以应对来自中国的网络黑客攻击。中方对此有何评论？

 

Q: Director of US National Intelligence James Clapper said on September 10 that the US must beef up cyber security against Chinese cyber espionage targeting a broad spectrum of US interests. What is China’s comment on that?

 

答：中国政府坚决反对并依法打击一切形式的网络黑客行为。中国也是网络攻击的受害国。中美同为互联网大国，在网络安全领域拥有广泛共同利益，面临共同挑战。网络安全问题应该成为两国合作点而非摩擦源。美方一些人应停止对中方的无端指责，在相互尊重和信任的基础上开展对话与合作，共同推动构建和平、安全、开放、合作的网络空间。

 

A: The Chinese government firmly opposes and cracks down on all forms of hacking activities in accordance with the law. China also falls victim to cyber attacks. As two major users of internet, China and the US have a wide range of shared interests in the field of cyber security, and face common challenges. The issue of cyber security shall become one area of cooperation rather than a source of friction between China and the US. Some people from the US should stop their unfounded accusations against the Chinese side and carry out dialogue and cooperation based on mutual respect and trust so as to jointly create a peaceful, secure, open and cooperative cyberspace.
