一、应埃及政府、以色列政府、巴勒斯坦总理哈姆迪拉邀请，国务院副总理刘延东将于3月25日至31日对埃及、以色列、巴勒斯坦进行正式访问，并主持中以创新合作联委会第二次会议。

At the invitation of the Egyptian and Israeli governments as well as Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah, Vice Premier Liu Yandong of the State Council will pay official visits to Egypt, Israel and Palestine and chair the 2nd meeting of China-Israel joint committee on innovative cooperation from March 25 to 31.

二、应中非共和国过渡国家元首庞扎邀请，国家林业局局长张建龙将作为国家主席习近平特使，赴中非出席于3月30日举行的中非新任总统图瓦德拉就职典礼。

At the invitation of transitional head of state Catherine Samba-Panza of the Central African Republic, Zhang Jianlong, administrator of State Forestry Administration of China, will attend the inauguration ceremony of President-elect Faustin Archange Touadera of the country on March 30 as the special envoy of President Xi Jinping.

问：据报道，联合国秘书长叙利亚问题特使德米斯图拉24日称，他已根据叙冲突双方意见拟定12点共同要点文件，双方均未提出反对。希于4月9日开启下一轮和谈，专注于政治过渡进程。中方对此有何评论？

Q: It is reported that Mr. Staffan de Mistura, Special Envoy for Syria of the UN Secretary-General, said on March 24 that he had drafted a 12-point statement of common principles based on opinions from both warring parties in Syria, and no party had raised any objection. The next round of peace talks is expected to start on April 9, focusing on the process of political transition. What is your comment?

答：政治解决是化解叙利亚危机的唯一现实出路，和谈是实现政治解决的重要方式，中方支持联合国主持的日内瓦和谈进程。中方认为，叙政府和反对派在本轮和谈中均展现出致力于政治解决的意愿和严肃认真的态度，双方立场在朝着缩小差距的方向发展。我们注意到德米斯图拉先生以特使名义发表了“共同要点文件”，希望进一步就此听取叙双方意见，为下阶段和谈奠定基础。

A: Political settlement is the only practical way out of the Syrian crisis, and peace talk is an important way to achieve political settlement. China supports the Geneva peace talks under the auspices of the UN. China believes that the Syrian government and opposition have shown willingness and sincere attitudes towards political settlement of the issue in this round of talks, and divergence of positions held by the two parties is on the way of being narrowed. We notice that Mr. De Mistura has published a statement of common principles in the name of the Special Envoy for Syria, hoping to heed more opinions from the Syrian warring parties and lay solid foundation for the next round of peace talks.

当前，化解叙危机的“机会之窗”已经打开，中方呼吁叙双方牢牢把握机遇，秉持善意，拿出智慧，展现勇气，如期续谈，尽快找到最大程度上符合各方利益、兼顾各方关切的解决方案。

Currently the window of opportunities for resolving the Syrian issue is before us. China calls on both parties to seize the opportunity, show goodwill, wisdom and courage, continue with the talks as scheduled, and strive to find a solution that best accommodates the interests and addresses the concerns of all parties as soon as possible.

问：据报道，世界反兴奋剂机构表示，开始对中国游泳选手隐瞒使用兴奋剂事进行调查。中方对此持何看法？

Q: The World Anti-Doping Agency started investigating allegations that Chinese swimmers had covered up positive doping tests. What is your comment?

答：你可能已经注意到，中国游泳协会已就此介绍了有关情况，阐明了中方在反兴奋剂方面的坚定立场。

A: You may have noticed that the Chinese Swimming Association has released information on this issue and expounded China’s firm position on anti-doping.

会后，有记者问及：是否有中国公民在比利时布鲁塞尔恐怖袭击事件中的最新伤亡报告？

After the press conference, the follow-up question was raised: Can you update us on the Chinese casualties in the Brussels terrorist attacks?

洪磊表示，根据我们刚刚接到的比利时外交部通报，一名中国公民在近日布鲁塞尔恐怖袭击事件中不幸遇难。我们对恐怖袭击行径表示强烈谴责，向不幸遇难同胞表示沉痛哀悼，对遇难同胞家属表示深切慰问。中国外交部和驻比利时大使馆将积极为遇难同胞家属赴比善后提供必要协助。

A: According to notification we have just received from the Belgian Foreign Ministry, one Chinese citizen lost his life in the Brussels attacks. We strongly condemn terrorist attacks, and express our deep condolences and sincere sympathies to the fellow Chinese citizen and his families. The Chinese Foreign Ministry and Embassy in Belgium will provide necessary support for the bereaved families to deal with follow-up matters in Belgium.

中方坚决反对一切形式的恐怖主义。中国政府将继续同国际社会加强合作，切实维护境外中国公民和机构安全与合法权益。

China is firmly against all forms of terrorism. The Chinese government will continue to work intensively with the international community, and make real efforts to safeguard safety and legitimate rights and interests of overseas Chinese citizens and institutions.
