1．比赛内容为中英文儿童诗歌各一首，参赛选手需将中文翻译成英文，英文翻译成中文。译诗体裁不限，以符合儿童诗歌风格特点为佳。文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/5341.html

2．参赛译文要求原创，如经查证涉及抄袭、剽窃等侵权行为，取消评奖资格，相关后果自负。文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/5341.html

3．来稿作品均被视为同意授权主办方对入围作品进行修改、编辑、出版或在各种媒体上公开发表，并尊重参赛者的署名权，不另付稿酬。
4．参赛对象为45周岁以下青年翻译爱好者（年龄计算截至2018年6月30日）。来稿需注明参赛者姓名、性别、出生年月、联系地址（含邮政编码）、联系方式（含手机号）。
5．作品内容具体格式为：标题用四号宋体，加粗；正文用小四号宋体排版。首行缩进2个字符，行距固定值为28磅。
6、投稿方式：本次作品征集采用网络投稿，参赛作品以附件形式提交，文档标题格式为《作品标题》+作者姓名+联系方式发送至投稿邮箱shfyjxh@sta.org.cn。联系电话：021-62473142。
二、征稿时间：即日起至2018年6月30日。
三、评比与奖项设置
1．评委邀请：邀请著名翻译家、诗人组成评委会，以无记名投票方式评选。
2．奖项设置：
最佳译文奖2名（中英文各1名）：每人价值1500元（税后）的奖金奖品。
优秀奖4名（中英文各2名）：每人价值750元（税后）的奖金奖品。
入围奖：14名（中英文各7名）：每人价值250元（税后）的奖金奖品。
本次大赛的未尽事宜和最终解释权归属竞赛组委会。

Up in the attic where I slept

In through the lattice the moonlight crept,
Bringing a tide of dreams that swept
Over the low, red trundle-bed,
Bathing the tangled curly head,
While moonbeams played at hide-and-seek
With the dimples on the sun-browned cheek –

没有风，
树叶不会动。
有微风，

刮大风，
树叶就乱动。
树叶显出它行踪。

现在树叶全不动，

吹微风，树叶微微动，

如今树叶全不动，
因为没有风。
可是有片叶，
动的很活跃，
仔细看了看，
那不是树叶，
