Christmas is a time of celebration and relaxation for most people. However, for others, such as workers in our armed forces, in our emergency services and the health service and other crucial services, Christmas isn’t a holiday at all. So, I want to thank all of you for your hard work. It is highly valued at all times but especially appreciated just now.文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/6274.html

And of course, for some people, Christmas can be a time of anxiety or unhappiness, because of that, the Scottish Government is encouraging everyone to take care of each other this Christmas.文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/6274.html

Remember first of all to take care of yourself. If you’re unhappy, be open about that, it is OK not to be OK at Christmas.文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/6274.html

And take care of your community if you’re able to give a helping hand to people who need it or join in a local activity.文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/6274.html

And finally, take care of the people you love. Look after them and enjoy being able to spend some time with them.
If, as many of us as possible can do some or all of these things, we can help make Christmas a truly special time of year, not just for ourselves but for everyone.
So, wherever you are and whatever you are doing this festive period, I wish all of you a very happy Christmas and I hope you all have a wonderful 2019.
