Today is the beginning of Mental Health Week. And this year, the Canadian Mental Health Association is encouraging Canadians not to just ‘Get Loud’ about mental health, but to ‘Get Real’ about it.文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/9204.html

Our lives have been transformed because of COVID-19, and you might feel like this crisis is taking its toll. Your daily routine might be different. Your way of coping might be more difficult to manage. And it can be a source of anxiety and stress.文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/9204.html

But I want you to know that it’s OK to feel like this. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health. So we need to speak openly about it. And we need to be there for each other, especially during this pandemic. By connecting socially with others online, we can let people know that they’re not alone. So check in on friends or neighbours who you think might be struggling. FaceTime them or give them a call. And if you’re having a tough time, please reach out to people you can trust.文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/9204.html
As Canadians, we all have a role to play in fighting the stigma around mental health. So use the hashtags #GetReal, #MentalHealthWeek, and #TogetherApart on social media to amplify why you’re speaking up.
Today and every day, let’s get loud – and get real – about our mental health.
Thank you.
