And to everyone out there, regardless of how you feel, I’d say that if you do one thing to mark World Mental Health Day today, make it having an honest chat with someone about how you’re both getting on. Because I think you may be surprised by quite how many of the people in your life – family, friends, colleagues – are secretly, quietly trying to shoo away the black dogs that lurk at so many shoulders, and how much easier that task becomes when you have someone to share it with you.文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/9972.html

It was Winston Churchill, who was himself no stranger to those black dogs, who said that we measure friendships by how they show up in bad weather. So let’s show up for our family, our friends, our colleagues, and our community. And let’s weather the storm together so that we can all enjoy the brighter future that I very much believe lies ahead.文章源自英文巴士-https://www.en84.com/9972.html
